Mini's: 3 - 5 years (45 minutes)

Grassroots: 6 - 8 years (90 minutes)

Skills & Drills: 9 - 12 years (90 minutes)

SAP: 9 - 12 years (90 minutes)

​

Youth: 13 - 16 years (90 minutes)

​

Seniors: 17+ years (90 minutes)
